Postalia

Terms of Use

Last updated: [date]

These terms apply when you use the Postalia app. Postalia is provided by Pedro Rodríguez Garrido ("we"), contact pedrorgarrido@gmail.com. By using the app you accept these terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

What Postalia does

You choose a photo and Postalia turns it into an illustrated postcard. The illustration is generated by an artificial intelligence model from your photo; the paper, the place name and everything written on the card are added by the app. Results vary, and the illustration may not reproduce the place exactly.

What's not allowed

Don't use Postalia with photos that are illegal, sexual, violent or hateful, that show minors in an inappropriate way, or that infringe someone else's rights. Don't try to get around the credit limits or misuse the service. The app or the image model may refuse a photo; when that happens, no credit is used. You can report a postcard from the app.

Availability

We work to keep Postalia available, but it depends on services run by others (Apple, OpenAI, Cloudflare, RevenueCat) and may sometimes be unavailable or change. Your postcards are stored on your iPhone; keep backups if they matter to you.

Liability

Postalia is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for the loss of postcards stored on your device. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it applies. If you don't agree, you can stop using Postalia and cancel your subscription.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Questions: hello@postalia.app.
